Trending @Capgemini; Swiping from different location than base location w/o official relocation

My base location is Hyderabad. Without official relocation can I swipe from other locations like kolkata/NCR for example? Or do we need to get any approval etc for this? Also, is this even acceptable 😃

If anyone knows please help.

It is acceptable, but it might not work by default. My access card didn’t work by default in the other location, had to get my manager’s approval and forward that to the security team at the desired location, post that it got enabled. My base location is not changed yet.
