Swipe in swipe out from nearby office
In Mumbai I have to travel everyday for 2hrs to reach office where my dedicated odc is. I have an office near my place but no odc access ( i have asked manager and they said the can’t give access). They said i can go there though. The problem is I can’t do any work there as no odc access. So can I go there and just swipe in stay for an hour and then swipe out?

I can see the hours in 2office when i swipe in and out of the nearby office but the question is I am not going to my dedicated office where my accounts odc is there. Instead I am going to random office lol. Is that fine with HR?

I have access to the office premises through 2office and it even shows the amount of hours. I just don’t have odc access there

Basically, all tcs locations will have general access areas such as cafeterias and libraries. You can go there for a few minutes and return. In addition, you must create a self roster in the 2office app to keep it counted on your RTO.

See, if you don’t have project odc in your location then you can use general access. Book office visit without seat and swipe nearby general access.
In ur rto you will not get attendence if ur rostered to a particular location
If that happens even if u swipe ur rto in that office will not be considered
Then all these hr manager and everything will start bugging u
Basically what i have seen if u have a dedicated odc in ur base location, you need to go there. Dont go by the words of manager, if u get stuck with management ur manager will just say i told you to come to odc what i can do. So be careful.
How to check which branch of the base location I am rostered to. I can open 2office to self roster to another branch but how to check the rto rostering? ( i am fresher joined 4 months ago)
What are the possible actions taken after 31st march if we dont go to office or fail to go 5 days a week as that is the ultimate deadline given by the company
