How many hours would be least sufficient to maintain daily in the office if we are in a project. Is 1 hr fine, with working remaining hours in home ? Kindly let me know.
These numbers will help Cognizant decide whom to give which rating. If number for days (number of days in a week) isn't helping, they may double click and find average hours (who knows exactly what).
No consequence so far won't promise anything for future.

What if we maintain 1-2 hours ? Will there be any consequences from HR ? Has anyone ever faced this type of issue. I heard from someone that 1 hr is fine , and so raised here
I'm reporting 2.5 to 3 hrs, 2 to 3 days a week, sometimes I do skip the whole week, 8 to 10 days a month.. but till now I haven't faced any issues.
I did 45-60 mins/day , 5days/2week last quarter and still got the promotion.
It completely depends on your project I have sometimes taken wfh for a month still no one asked anything. But its not same for my friends from other projects.
