Swipe in not recorded

My swipes are not recorded by which at the last moment I came to know that I am not compliant to RTO, during band distribution time. Not sure what to do.

Raised ultimatix ticket or else check with access team in the Ofc Which Your are swiping daily they will update From the backend

Thanks @Akr89 , even if they dont get any swipe records they will update from backend? I was on notice period but withdrawn my resignation during feb since then my swipes are not recorded

Then you could Have raised an ultimatix ticket right or.else ask in reception of Odc where You are swiping about the BMS team go or call them and tell the issue
