Swiggy vs Zomato – Which one has the worse customer care?

Today, while ordering from Zomato, it took me 33 minutes, 40+ messages to a useless chatbot, two calls with customer care executives and one call to the delivery executive to cancel a misplaced order. Similarly, Swiggy took over 55 minutes to assign a delivery executive for my order, and the chatbot was running me around in circles without providing a solution or connecting me to an actual human representative.

Which brings me to this question.

In case for refund for a cold, stale or inedible food, if the bot does not process refund you can mail to Zomato team and they acknowledge, apologise and refund it

Where as these Swiggy mfs, they don’t respond or apologise. Send that template mail saying we understand and all the bullshit. No refund whatsoever. I have uninstalled these chindi chors from that day.

I heavily used Instamart, but g**d maraye ye sale.

Swiggy delivery unreliable

Is Swiggy in trouble? Every time I try to order they are either delayed or don't have any delivery partners. There seems to be some ops issue. Doesn't seem to be as reliable as it used to be 2 months back.
