There are no any out of the box projects,
No difference in role of BA, SBA and manager Will take atleast 1.5 yrs for promotion no matter how extraordinary you perform

Analytics team is struggling with attrition now. Work culture is really bad, and management has made sure that it is going to get worse only. IMHO, this is a bad time to get in Swiggy.

Work quality has deteriorated significantly, empathy has gone down to zero, hikes are going to be really low in the near future. ESOPs appreciation is also limited as Swiggy is a matured company now.

Btw, you should be looking at a min 22-25 LPA base for SBA position.

Thanks @SnapeSkywalker, i have another offer but i am not clear on where that company is going, team is small, interviews were not so great and pay is also not up to mark

It is really skewed There are BAs with 12-18 and sbas with 15-24 afaik
