I am formers employee of Swiggy and I hold some esops. As fast as I know there have been no communication from the company on what will be the next steps/taxation or login period after IPO at all. In the esop portal also none of the info...
Swiggy was valued at $10B a couple of months back. Good luck employees waiting for ESOP buy-back in July 2023. Your shares are now worth half of what it used to be!
