Platform fee of Rs. 2? What's the biz rationale here? Increase revenue per user? That could be done by including the increased amount as part of the delivery fee? What am I missing?

Nothing stops them to make 15-20₹ platform fee along with regular delivery fee, so they keep seperate to charge more

I was going to ask that. They shared some old circular for NBFCs for round up logic. Funny enough, I worked at an NBFC and it's quite opposite. RBI strictly asked everyone to round it it till 2 digits. Also rounding up isn't allowed.
