This is for Tech org.
Cash component: No Hikes for Met expectations, single digit hike otherwise (EE and OP). For promo cases, max it would go to early double digits
ESOPs : ESOPs at most of the level with "accelerated" vesting.
No hikes except for promotion cases, that too expect very low. There will be some ESOPs with a 3 year vesting period.
Totally disappointing! Lot of politics in promotions as well and many deserving people didn’t get it. For ME and below, no hike. For EE, without promo it’s mostly around 7%. With promo mainly 10% and in some rare cases up to 15%. For OP, it’s around 10-15%.
It’s for tech org and most of the people are unhappy about it. Expect a large attrition in the coming months.

Your base pay would have been very low.
Earlier data discussion is accurate. Nothing for MEs, 7% for EE and in rare case 10%. For OPs, its 10%. If you have promo associated with it, then depending on EE or OP, add another 2-3%. Max I have seen is 12% for a friend who got promoted. - This is for Tech and Product for sure. Don't know about others.
