
Swiggy not refunding missing order
Hey, So I ordered 2 subs from Swiggy after a long time (2016-17, when I had a very horrible experience with them). Subway was only open there.
Ordered 2 subs and they delivered only 1. Asked for a photo (there's no option for video). I shared the pics. They said we'll take care next time and refused to provide any support. Flat out refused refund or replacement.
What are my options now? I read it's pretty common with Swiggy. Never had this issue with Zomato where they had to commit frauds to earn.

sadly, support team don't even read it and argued that I already got 2 items! and only refund if subway answers thier phone call which they not even responding... has been 3 days with no reply to followup..

Email it to Swiggy team with photo and video or products delivered along with receipt.
If possible, post it on Twitter and directly reach out to someone from Swiggy Customer Support team on LinkedIn.

+1 Add that, had this been @Zomato, their support wouldn’t force me to post on Twitter.

Since when Grapevine turned into Zomato customer support?

Just a warning to people in general. Also, an attempt in the dark due to frustration of being able to do nothing because there's no escalation or anything.
Also, Zomato support is infinite times better. Never faced such an issue. Like how can you steal people's money?

Their IPO is coming, better to be careful of how they're racking up the numbers.
