What's wrong with swiggy? Delivery failures faced by many friends, are they rolling back ops or scaling back or out of money to hire drivers? Does anyone know ?
Yess Zomato delivers food way faster than swiggy. It's frustrating to wait one hour for food when Zomato can do the same delivery in half the time. The only plus point they have is that offer free delivery on orders above 149 compared to Zomato's 199
If you order from swiggy then make sure to add charges and make your 150 order value to 190-200 for sure
Nothing specific they are just focusing on profitability, love for customer experience excellence has taken a back seat .
For sweet delivery, swiggy takes more than one hour. The delivery boy will get assigned 45 mins after placing the order. For sweets, it is just packing and no cooking which is hardly 10 minutes affair.
