Swiggy Instamart Sucks
Ordered atta today, the delivery guy threw it on the floor. Flour everywhere, had to clean it up.
Asked the customer rep to help, took 30+ minutes only to not refund me the money.
I'd advice everyone to not use them if you live in South Delhi. Terrible customer facing staff members.
Biz dev and engineers might be alright, but everything else at Swiggy sucks.

I end up escalating it to their manager and unfortunately have to take a rude tone on call. They had access to your purchase history, spends and just threatening that you'll cancel always helps, though it eats up a good 30-45 minutes of my time.
