Swiggy increasing ETA

I ordered from swiggy today for dinner and it initially said 30m. It came down to 9m when the delivery exec reached the restaurant. For quite some time it was at 9m until now, when it increased to 15m...wtf?!?

Zomato tells that the order is delayed....but wtf is swiggy doing with its ops-tech? How come it's increasing the ETA instead of saying that the order is delayed? Super frustrating

Update: contacted support and they changed the delivery exec. Turned out the previous guy took the order. CSA then placed a new order which took another 45 mins 🤡
