Has this happened recently? Won’t be surprised if this is true. With the way leadership has been behaving recently, anything is possible.

People who were rated met expectations or above expectations last quarter in October are being forced to pip due to their high salaries. They are evaluating performance on a daily basis and one day deviation is resulting in pip.

FuzzyCoconut
FuzzyCoconut

They are giving unreasonable reasons for pip without any advance notice. Also no severance package or anything like that. Forcing the employees to quit under pip pressure

Need the core business to be profitable for them to IPO..

This is no way to treat employees like slaves and become profitable. They are screwing their long term future. No one cares about the company and its product. They will suffer in the long term if they survive in the short term.
