Swiggy doesnt show reviews . Why ?

Only malding people with cockroaches found in their biryani post the reviews. Customers don't like to see a potential cockroach mixed in their food they are about to order, they might skip ordering food entirely after seeing those reviews. Maybe that's why.

You could see restaurants, their menus, details and users could leaver reviews.

They pivoted to food delivery years later. So the restaurant reviews was already there before.

Swiggy started directly as a food delivery platform.
