Lol… @takla_uncle really? Which team is this mam, whoever I m speaking within Swiggy has a completely different pov on the culture :o

@Subt - So if you care about work life balance- then Swiggy is definitely not the place. It has become toxic in the last few months. Politics, blame game, expectations from employees to work at least 12-14 hrs & even on weekends. So wlb isn’t good. A few positives of Swiggy - the people are really sharp & you get to learn a lot. The salary etc is decent. You can decide basis what you are looking for at this point in your life. Just wanted to give you an honest picture.

Cons - In past few months the work life balance has been off (new leadership). Also timeliness chasing is a big thing now. Dev has to do QA work as well(new ways of working). Preference of quick work with less time over correct solution for long term.

Pros - teammates and people with you are working are good(suffering from same stuff #traumabonding), have good knowledge and will accelerate your learning growth(professional I can't say - humesa 3 rating k liye ready raho). Pay is decent(although haven't increased in past 2 years🥲 because of recession)

Asses based on these parameters, remember- every organization has pros and cons, kudos to people like me- we are surviving ✌️

Not great brother from what i understand

Very nice culture. Feel free to reach out on DM. Lots of learning. Freedom to learn and innovate. Good pay and employee friendly policies. Colleagues are nice as well and really talented. If you are looking for accelerated learning along with decent earning , Swiggy is the place to be in.
