Surprised Getting 'B' Band.........

As soon as I got to know about me awarded with B band. I called up my Reviewer ...He said he is surprised as well..The reviewer started abusing about the Manager and asked me to drop an email to the Manager. When contacted manager about this , he said 'let me check this'.

Is it the case with someone else?What can be done here? Who is lying here?

Thats common... IPF 4.8 also getting B band this year.. depends on situation that org/vertical can use in their favour, team size, bell curve, ur tenure in the org , ur equation and connection with ur boss and last but not the least "luck" ....
