Just got to know from manager that whoever has one of the hot skill as their primary skill in mycompetency, they will be part of surprise hike..

Those hot skills were decided by leaders and not informed earlier to employees to limit the employees from updating their primary skills.

For salesforce, LWC, health cloud, salesforce cpq, experience cloud are some of the example of hot skills.

Ex. employees having salesforce LWC - P2 as primary skill will get hike over the employee having sales cloud -P4 as a primary skill.

Whats your thought on this? Are you eligible for surprise hike?
