Trending @Accenture; Supposedly top performer getting dogs*it
So I'm supposedly the top performer of the team, and it has even bore fruit. I'm was at CL9 at just 3.5 months.
But today, I recieved my vp and hike Hike - 0% VP -7.5% in Nov 2024, (15% in June 2024).
Even my PL was ashamed to give me the updated. Said she was scared to give the "bad news".
What worst, I see Accenture hiring left and right, as an interviewer I am bombarded with atleast 50 candidates for interview.
So tenure at Accenture was quite a run. Got TCS offer, gonna drop paper and hunt job in 90 days.
Sht is an exaggeration brother. They simply don't give a sht/fu*k. Richer are getting richer while poor are paying taxes on every thing from earning to spending.
This was the same reason I left this org
