Trending @Capgemini; Suppose if I submit resignation on Jan, my last working day will be April end, so will I get hike& revised compensation letter before that?

Because I heard somewhere that people who are on notice period are not eligible for getting hike . Is it true?

Cuz I can negotiate better with other companies if I get revised compensation letter, that's why

U need to be till end of cycle, like first quarter from jan-march, and hike will be on April. So if u are there till March, u will get hike i guess
