Support to developement

hi all ,

currently i am in support project , resolving tickets all day , giving access to developers/colleagues. Is there any one of you stuck in the same position and later switched the company as a SDE ?. If yes so how you prepared your resume according to that and what did you learn. Because i don't think i would be getting a release from this project.
