Trending @Capgemini; Support Required: Clarification on Resignation Withdrawal Process

Hi Everyone,

I need some guidance regarding a resignation withdrawal process.

I had submitted my resignation earlier due to project uncertainty. After that, I received an opportunity in an account, attended the interview, and I was informed that I would be allocated there. Based on that, I withdrew my resignation.

Later, that project allocation was cancelled, and since then the ECMS portal still shows the status as “Withdrawal Submitted – Pending with People Manager Approval” for more than a month now.

I have followed up with my People Manager, and I was asked to check with HR. I have also emailed HR, but I have not received any update yet. So I am currently unsure about:

Whether my resignation withdrawal will be approved,

What notice period applies to me now, and

Whether there will be any issue during probation / release process if no action is taken.

Can someone please guide me on the correct escalation path, or whom I should reach out to in such cases? Any suggestions or similar experiences will be really helpful.
