Trending @Infosys; Support project with rotational shift.

Joined 3 months back as a Technology lead (PLSQL). They put me into a support project that too in rotational shift and weekend too. Can't do shifts. What can I do? Will management listen if I say No?

What is your allocation status, it's "Overhead or Production"?

Your profile says you are a technology lead . If you are the lead of that particular team, you will generally assign your sub ordinated to different shifts and weekends and you will be working like from 11 am to 8 am which will cover the morning shift and just enough afternoon to talk to your onsite counterparts to discuss ongoing issues and handovers. This is atleast what happened in the rotational shift projects that i worked in.
