Support for medical and women from IT professionals
As part of the biggest IT firm I believe we can set an example by standing alongside the medical professionals and women against such heinous crimes. If TCS in all initiates I am sure other IT firms will jump on. This would bring in the adequate pressure to bring in a change in favour of our daughters/sisters/mother's .
I dnt think tcs or their posh policies are great. Heard a story Around 9 years one of my ex-teammate has reported posh complaint and initially everyone supported but as investigations started my other teammates were forced to turn their back they threatened that she had to put her papers down. And also last year one lady had miscarriage and our teammates called her she is playing victim card for not intimating before and not giving KT and playing victim card felt really bad for her
