Hi folks,
Is it good to proceed with the new offer as Support plus development role whereas in my earlier project I have been working as an L2 support role and this month end will be my roll off.
Can I plan to join this new project offer or to wait for any other projects with purely development roles?
Also till now I have been asked for 10-15 projects but they need hands-on experience in Java which is what I basically lack. Please suggest..
Try for purely development potray as u know development but u should know skills
Yes I was trying hard to get pure Dev based roles only, I have actually been informed it was a dev role according to my skill but later they changed it without informing me
Support plus development roles are great for gaining new skills while using your support experience. If you're lacking Java skills, this role could be a good stepping stone.
Yeah I feel that's actually goodto learn but I'm not sure what could be my roles n responsibilities there as I have to fit in support n dev both
