Supplementing Salary

Looking for pointers on how to supplement my salary through short term projects or consultations. I can easily spare 2-3 hours a week. In the past, I have taken up consulting calls via research and insights agencies to share insights on my area of expertise. But these calls are ad hoc and far in between and I want to regularize the cash flow.
