Supervisor / lead behaviour
I see in TCS the same grade person becomes lead/ supervisor in speed tool, on fact my lead is less experienced than me, he always tries to show his authority, he speaks very rude and makes an issue for simple things like leaves, weekend availability etc. I had a one to one hard conversation couple of times and told the way you speak is not good. He says sorry and again he repeats when he get a chance… Shall we escalate this to next level ? Is the next manager consider our concerns or all are like that only.. next is appraisal time, will it impact if make a noise now…! Can someone suggest based on TCS experience..

Better to move out of project or you should know someone skip level to work it out.
Moving out also is another process altogether, u need to have education recently or something to build ur case.
I have never allowed this to happen - i always ensure my speed supervisor is someone senior to me in designation. Not any Tom Dick or Harry can show up and be my appraiser.
