Indian tenants are the most pampered tenants in the world. Even if one provides them with everything under the sky and they will still complain. Demands are unreasonable and will talk like their rent is making the owners millionaires.
If you don't like tenants complain then don't rent out your apartment.
Tenants are ready to pay. They only complain about the demands landlords make. Not returning the deposit in the name of "painting charges". The house hasn't been painted for 20 years yet now suddenly the landlord wants to paint with my deposit money. Raising the rent from 25k to 40k in a single year. Not providing us with your PAN for claiming HRA. 11 months security deposit. And you're calling the tenants pampered? Gimme a break.
Has any tenant agreed to rent the house without repainting? Has any tenant cleaned the house when vacating?
