Suggestions/advice on Job switch
I have been trying to find a new job for a few months now. I get calls but no interviews are scheduled. I have been applying actively but i haven't received any good response. I am not sure what to do next. Should I change something? Or is it my CV? When is the right time? I'm only asking because most of my colleagues started looking along with me and even got better offers. But in my case, not even a single interview is scheduled.
If you guys have any suggestions/advice please help me. Yoe -5 . Severely underpaid. Desperately need a switch.
Your CV is probably the issue. Make it sharp and relevant. Network aggressively. Timing is now. Stop whining and start winning.
