Suggestions US onsite or TCS (42LPA)

Hi fishes i am seeking suggestions what would be better choice

  1. Tcs 42 lpa joining is in July
  2. US onsite in current organization 31 Lpa (at present in india) , with new skills sets.

US location maybe burbank / New York. Not sure of compensation but project will be of 6-7 month.
