Trending @Capgemini; Suggestions to keep motivated

From starting I didn't got chance to work on any task and project. Now I'm on shadow in one account. I got some practice tasks to do but I am getting depressed by that tasks. And that tasks are same for my team members also. We have to do that individually. Team members are getting things and working fast. But that tasks are difficult for me. I'm not getting sleep. And not understanding the things. I'm using chatgpt but then also I'm getting errors and all. But for every task I can't ask to team members, because that things are new for them also and they are working on that by using chatgpt. Please suggest me some good things to keep motivated.
