Suggestions to get relocation due to health issues
Can you please suggest a way to get relocated to my hometown, even though there is no ODC for my project there?
I am suffering from severe anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. Due to this, I am unable to sleep properly at night, which is affecting my ability to work on my project. I have somehow managed for a year, but I can no longer handle it.
Bro, if no option is working out with your manager and HR, just ignore them for your own good. Give topmost priority to your mental health. See a therapist. Do you have any major financial constraints? If not, dont care about QVA and just move to your hometown with your family for a month or 2. See if it helps and then come back. If your anxiety and depression is getting worse, resign and focus on yourself. No job is more important than your health.
