Suggestions required for good PBCs in NCR (noida, gurgaon, delhi)

I want to switch from microsoft to a similar pay-scale PBC, I have a location constraint as I need to support my family for a while. Any suggestions on good PBCs in the NCR region with MS like pay-scale and decent WLB will be really helpful! Thanks 🙏
