Trending @Infosys; Suggestions required

I have joined infy in 2021 for more than one and a half years I was on the bench. Whatever the project I worked on is based on angular only. Now I feel like I need to change the company because there is no project,no growth,no increment, no hikes. Can someone suggest what I can do in this situation.
