I have some extra cash in hand approx 8 lakhs. Where can I put it to use? I already have emergency fund for 1 year. a) Buy a 2bhk flat apprx 45 lakhs in hometown. Could help in generating side income after 5-7 years. b) Lumpsum mutual fund investment large/flexi or midcap Any other suggestions are most welcome.
