Trending @Accenture; Suggestions pls

I have been working on two support projects for the past 5.7 years and in one project learned on AWS (all ec2, iam, route53, cloudwatch, event bridge, sns, lambda for few automated jobs, systems manager), Linux, sql, apache, manual war deployments in servers and autoscaled. Management of load balancers and its ssl certs, cdn configurations, s3 buckets. In the second project I used GitHub for deployments but I did not develop any, actions workflows are defined already and users, site management activities, content sync works to lower environments and then WordPress version updates, Newrelic tool.

I am actually stuck here I don't know why without getting moved to other company and with 12LPA at present. Please suggest and guide for future leads

Create and tap the network you have for other jobs. Once Accenture keeps you on support you're always on support projects.

In interview just don't say you worked on support, say you did development as well. Crack interview and leave this shit hole.
