Trending @Accenture; Suggestions pleaseee!!
So basically I've started my journey in accenture from Aug 2024. I've been trained on SAP BASIS and I'm done with the training in the month of October. And right now I'm still on bench. So there's alot of confusion regarding what step should I take after this? Should I learn more about SAP BASIS and excel in it? Or learn a different domain and try for other companies? Or should I just wait for the project to come? Even I do want to choose a different field, what domain do you guys think would be more helpful for me as I'm trained on SAP BASIS. Please do suggest. I'm really confused. And I guess it would make any sense for me to shift because I literally don't have any experience cause I'm still on bench. But I really really wanna be productive. Kindly respond.
How can we suggest without how much experience you got and which CL? You're already experienced or a fresher
I'm at CL 12 and I'm a completely fresher, with no experience.
Then no issues for the fresher the capability manager will map you the project until then brush up the basic and chill it's your time once you mapped to a project you will be in a routine so make use of the bench time and gain knowledge or do something
