🔴🔴 Suggestions Please. Need early release from TCS

Hi Guys, I need suggestions please. Joined a project 2 weeks back still haven't got the client credentials and did not still have a client interview. Got allocation till this month end. In the meantime, have got an offer from another company who wants me to join in 30 days.

So will I be getting early release if requested to Manager or HR or what should be done to get early release in my situation.

You can easily get early release since u r new to that project.. talk with hr in-person.

First ask the manager to release then check with HR in person for early relieving

It's best situation, leverage skills and jump to next company with some hike. Since project work not started, strong chances that you will release early. Keep your supervisor in confidence and resign earliest.
