Suggestions please..

I joined a service based company as a fresher in 2024.It's been a year but I don't have any useful experience or learnt any trending tech.Though I dreamt of becoming a SDE during college days and put strong efforts in grinding DSA and other stuff.In reality I'm not feeling excited to work in IT sector.Moreover I have epilepsy issue which is causing headaches and mood swings.I don't have any special skill or talent.I'm stuck in loop of planning to leave organisation but not able to do so as I have no clarity on what to do.But in one aspect I'm clear working in front of system and hectic meetings all these will definitely worsen my life.Due to the medications I use I lost the zeal and enthusiasm to learn new things.If you can suggest something like any job or mini business that is peaceful your are most welcome
