Suggestions please

Can anyone suggest to me what to do in this case? I've received an unsatisfied band also rejected in ultimatix and managers also unsatisfied with this band of mine. Furthermore they are declining that we are also not happy with your band and we are working on to change it. Since 7-8 days they saying we have initiated your request to the management. Now from today they started giving me work again.

@AdolfMartin without holding offer you dare to resign?

Risk need to be take, in 3 months will get at least 2-3 offers. Now a days every one wanted immediate joining candidate. If you are okay to take risk, then put down paper. If you are having trust in your skills you will land on a good job

It's simple, don't do any work, and ask for release.

Stop working on existing tasks immediately, convey the same to your manager over a call, people in TCS only work when they are put in uncomfortable positions, IF by chance your band gets changed, ask for release and go for a new project, there is no point in staying if you have to beg them to recognise your work. Either way cause problems to the project, they will definitely hear you.

Nothing is going to happen, Band revision and all takes atleast a month to reflect. That would not stop your supervisor to assign work

Tell them to not give you work until band changes, else ask for release.. but do not start work in any case

Be silent, Take some time to skill yourself enough to have a good offer from a new company and switch with a higher package. Keep in mind you are not doing a Govt job. Money matters because you have to hoard a good amount of money before you are retired. ( Harsh but ultimate True)

If you are experienced person, please change company. You will get better hike. I don’t understand why you are running after 4-5% hike you will get better hike and opportunity which you will deserve.
Honestly, TCS is not having value of their employees, better to move forward.

How is your everyday task related to your band revision? Don't connect two different things. If they are not revising your band, plan to release after that. For now, continue with work as is. Nothing will happen over night, that's what you are expecting. If you find a job and put in paper, that's different situation. Again, don't mix that situation to this.

Hi brother i understand what you're trying to say but the band I've got and the work i do and the distance i travel to do that work and they are giving me undeserving that's very demotivating and still doing same work my slef respect is compromising in this. Hope you can understand

I am giving a band which isn't of my liking and explanation given to me was curve fitting and the fact I achieved 125% of my output compared to 100% is the only reason they gave given the band which I am adjusted now. I did raise my grievance and pushing it. But exit strategy can't be pure emotional without a thought. You getting release means, you are no more trouble to the team you are working. Id they let you go, whom can you make it accountable for? And what do you think is gonna happen when you find new project ? Try to think scenario before being emotional. Take time, get a good job offer and say bye bye!!! But start building for it!!! And in the eman time, you already raised grievance and so work in tandem to achieve that result. I will not do work because you haven't got my band revised , isn't gonna fly.
