Current CTC in Accenture: 5.5 lpa fixed Infosys offer in hand: 8.5 lpa fixed+ 1 lakh variable Capgemini offer in hand: 10 lpa fixed

What would be a better option. I have 3.2 years experience in total and also in Accenture.
