My project got ramped down recently. They released us from the project. But there were 2 candidates who were retained. I am a PA associate there is a guy who got retained was also PA. My question is who decides who will be retained and what factors, I was team representative but still I don't know. My fearing I will be out and getting bad thoughts. I completed 2 years, my promotion will be stopped right? My manager slightly teased me of choosing hometown location as I got admitted in hospit and told me don't do this again I am feeling he took his revenge.
