Is switching job to JPMC bengaluru is good choice if current employer is Morgan Stanley? Note that I am holding 11+ year experience and has offer of VP role. Any suggestions.

JPMC Is good. Try to get into Goldman though. You can plan your retirement out of GS

JP pays comparatively less, but for better accuracy- may I know which department you are hired into?

It is advisable to make a switch at this stage. You will be hitting a glass ceiling at MS now. It will open up more avenues for you if you move now.
