I’ve been with my current organization for nearly 3 years (2 years and 10 months). While I’ve gained valuable experience, I feel my contributions haven’t been fully recognized—no promotion, no hike, and a lack of job satisfaction, despite being eligible and consistently putting in effort. The unhealthy work environment has also started affecting my motivation.

I’m now at a crossroads: should I continue waiting in hopes of promotion, or explore better opportunities outside? I would truly appreciate honest thoughts or guidance from those who’ve faced a similar situation.

Also, if I decide to quit, what factors should I consider before making the move?
