Trending @Accenture; Suggestions Needed .
Hi all , I joined Accenture as an CL11 and been working here from last 3 years and currently I have 5 YOE, when times where tough in my team I have lead a dynamic team of 20 ppl aswell for almost a year(with no hike/promotion, thought of getting it on Dec cycle) when my previous TL left the org in between meanwhile that project Manager told that they will promote me . Now somehow the project which I worked really had ramped down and moved to other organisation last 3 months back . And I was shifted to new project . While having a random chat with my current manager couple of days ago he stated that they cannot provide the promotion this cycle too. I feel betrayed and can’t imagine this is happening to me . After putting 100% efforts .Don’t know what I’ve to do in this regard .

You’ve been strung along. Time to confront your manager directly and demand clarity. If they can’t deliver, start looking elsewhere. Your skills are valuable; don’t let them go to waste.
Bro I really feel sad for you. You deserved the promotion but have been betrayed. If possible switch organisations for a better offer.
