I have about 4 years of work experience, but I sometimes struggle with confidence at work. When presenting my work, I often worry that it might be criticized, which makes me hesitant. In group meetings, I find it difficult to initiate conversations or share my thoughts, especially when I see others speaking so confidently. I want to build the ability to speak up more comfortably and present my ideas with confidence.

Practice by yourself multiple times, this will help.

There's no hack to it. Just make sure your questions and concerns are relevant. Ask questions, no one will punish you for it. That will give you an opportunity to present your opinion.
That being said, you can also start doing so with your senior/manager first for practice.
