Suggestions from every tech person.

I have been working in sales and revenue roles for the past four to five years. I am now planning to move into the tech field, with the ultimate goal of joining a large product-based company. Those already working in tech companies could guide me; please suggest how to start a good career in this field. Should I opt for full-stack web development or another course? I am a complete beginner.
