Suggestions for Work Timing

To solve the traffic havoc in Bangalore I feel we should put the work timings to be 6 AM to 2 PM for early risers, 10-6 for all the managerial positions and 2-10 for all those who like it late keeping their morning free, this way it would atleast ensure that the roads are free enough and appropriate utilisation and distribution through all times
