Suggestions for switching, Informatica Domain

Hi all, I am an analyst with 1 year experience. With various project experiences with Informatica IDMC MDM, CDI & CAI domain. Any suggestions on, which company I should consider and what CTC should ask. (Currently 5 LPA fixed.) Asking because I am already done here in Deloitte usi.
