Trending @Accenture; Suggestions for switching from Accenture to Capgemini

I am currently at CL-9 at Accenture Technology Consulting, having 4.5 YOE. My fixed pay was 15.52 till last year. I received a hike of 13.5% this year. So, my new base pay is 17.62. I am about to receive an offer from Capgemini probably in the next week for 24LPA CTC of which 20.43 LPA is fixed(base pay). Please provide me some suggestions if it is okay to switch and put my resignation considering the offer.
